Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Full-Time/Night

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. Responsibilities: They collaborate with patients and families through effective communication, participate in team coordination, and support performance improvement initiatives. The role includes mentoring, maintaining clinical competencies, promoting research and evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing, active RN licensure (single or multi-state), BLS certification, and at least 5 years of direct patient care experience. The role demands strong critical thinking, teamwork, communication, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.
