Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Full-Time/Night

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing according to professional standards and evidence-based guidelines. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and individualized care.Partner with patients and families, ensuring effective communication and respecting cultural diversity.Coordinate and document safe, quality care through interdisciplinary collaboration and promote a respectful clinical environment.Support professional development by completing competency assessments, mentoring colleagues, and serving as a preceptor.Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system-wide safety standards.Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety goals. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
