Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Full-Time Night

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care. They practice within a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards, professional models, and organizational values, ensuring adherence to licensing and ethical standards. Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—focused on patient-centered and culturally sensitive care.Partnering with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making.Coordinating safe care delivery, documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.Supporting performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.Serving as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development.Participating in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred).Active RN license (single or multi-state). BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.
