Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Float Pool

About the role

Adept RNs are needed to provide safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice. These roles require monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered critical care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice—monitoring complex patient conditions, administering treatments, and adapting care across multiple Med Surg settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to drive optimal outcomes—promoting safety, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
• Minimum of 2 years of Inpatient nursing experience
• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific as applicable)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to adapt across multiple units

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
