Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care
- Manage assigned staff
- Serve as Charge Nurse
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Optional: ACLS or PALS certifications
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least 2 years of experience in Med/Surg and general nursing
