About the Role

Join our team as a night shift, full-time Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) in Pryor, OK. At Hillcrest Hospital Pryor, a 48-bed acute care facility, you'll provide a range of healthcare services including ENT, emergency services, general surgery, gastroenterology, cardiology, orthopedics, podiatry, outpatient infusions, radiology, women's services, wound care, and 3D mammography.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities in accordance with BMC standards to deliver efficient, effective, and quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of principles of growth and development over the life span, assess data reflective of the patient’s status, and interpret information to identify each patient's requirements relative to age-specific needs.
• Plan for patient care, including development, modification, and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with BMC standards and Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Requirements

• ADN or BSN
• Oklahoma or applicable Multi-state RN license (upon hire)
• BLS certification (upon hire)
