Join our team as a full-time, night shift Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, responsible for delivering coordinated, safe patient care across diverse populations under the direction of the Nurse Director/Manager. Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, developing and updating personalized care plans, evaluating care effectiveness, and delegating tasks to optimize outcomes, all while adhering to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act. Qualifications Current Kansas RN LicensureAssociate’s degree in nursingBLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS and oncology certifications as required by specific units, with all certifications completed within the first year Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in nursingAt least one year of recent healthcare experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office applications
