At Allure of Peru, we are all family! We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Peru, Illinois. You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents while promoting a safe, positive, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Assess residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
- Promote a safe, positive, and welcoming environment
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Active Illinois LPN or RN license (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills and resident-first mindset

Pay
$36 - $40 hourly
Schedule
- 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- 2nd shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- 3rd shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
