Pay Range
- RN: $27.25 – $40.75 per hour; may be eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus
- LPN: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour; may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus
- MA: $19.50 – $27.50 per hour; may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients and families
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure excellent patient care
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards
- Coordinate patient care activities for the clinic
- Prepare equipment and assist provider during procedures, treatments, examinations, and testing
- Observe, record, and report patient’s condition and reactions to drugs and treatments
- Oversee appointment scheduling, ensuring timely flow and preferences for emergency situations
- Greet patients, prepare them for physical examinations, and screen for appropriate information (health history, vitals, nursing assessment)
- Document obtained information in patient charts
- Instruct patients in collection of samples and tests
- Respond to patient phone calls in a timely manner with physician input
- Educate patients and families about diagnostic processes, medications, nutrition, and wellness
- Suggest solutions to patient care crisis problems and complaints
- Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and ensure cleanliness
- Prepare lists of medical supplies needed
- Ensure proper labeling of pathology specimens according to lab protocol
- Perform quality control and maintain records on all lab testing
Requirements
- Active license in the state of practice (RN, LPN, or MA)
- Visual acuity and communication skills adequate to perform position duties
- Ability to work specified hours

Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN)
- Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Board of Nursing
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license from the Board of Nursing
Medical Assistant (MA)
One of the following is required:
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – National Healthcareer Association (NHA) with MA diploma
- CCMA (NHA) with one year of experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – American Medical Technologists (AMT)
