Assessments, Plans, Implements, Evaluates

• Assesses the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting, including Transitional Care Patients and Long Stay Residents.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting, including Transitional Care Patients and Long Stay Residents.
• Ensures continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as coordinating the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as coordinating the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
• Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
• Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
• Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.

Requirements

• Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.

Education/License/Experience

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
• Current BLS certification, healthcare provider.
