- Assesses the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting, including Transitional Care Patients and Long Stay Residents.
- Plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents within the skilled nursing setting, including Transitional Care Patients and Long Stay Residents.
- Ensures continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as coordinating the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as coordinating the care given by CNAs, LPNs and supportive staff members.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
- Demonstrates the ability to deal with a variety of people, deal with stressful situations, and handle conflict.
- Will perform all job duties or job tasks as assigned.
- Will follow and adhere to all requirements, regulations and procedures of any licensing board or agency.
Requirements
- Must comply with all Benefis Health System’s organization policies and procedures.
Education/License/Experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Montana.
- Current BLS certification, healthcare provider.
