We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team. At Allure of Knox County, we deliver exceptional care to our residents while supporting and investing in our nursing staff.

Pay

Earn up to $39/hour, with shift differentials of +$0.75/hour for 2nd shift and +$1.00/hour for 3rd shift.

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Receive and transcribe physician orders
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Monitor resident health and communicate changes to physicians
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Promote resident dignity, privacy, and quality of care

Clinical Skills

• Wound care and dressing changes
• Tube feedings
• Catheter care
• Suctioning
• Colostomy and drainage care
• Range of motion assistance
• End-of-life care

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN or LPN License in good standing
• CPR Certification required
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions
