About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the LDRP - Labor Delivery Recovery & Postpartum unit to provide high-quality, safe, and cost-effective patient care. This role involves direct patient care, staff supervision, and adherence to safety standards, with an emphasis on quality and emergency preparedness.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating direct clinical care for assigned patients
• Supervising staff and delegating appropriate care
• Supporting quality improvement, safety, risk management, and infection control standards
• Ensuring patients are discharged with optimal care based on the nursing process
• Fulfilling emergency roles and adhering to hospital protocols during incidents

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current license or certification to practice as an RN
• CPR certification
• Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
