Role Summary The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—guided by evidence-based practice, clinical standards, and ethical standards from the American Nurses Association. They collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members through effective communication, interdisciplinary rounds, and patient education to achieve optimal outcomes. Responsibilities Include Providing individualized, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs.Coordinating and documenting safe care delivery, promoting teamwork and a respectful clinical environment.Participating in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice activities.Supporting professional development through mentorship and ongoing competency assessments.Contributing to protocol development and resource management for best practice outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Associates or diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).Current licensure as an RN with required certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, NRP).Experience in labor and delivery preferred.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills.Proficient in technology and capable of responding effectively in fast-paced environments.
