About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care within the Obstetrics department.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
- Evaluate care effectiveness and adjust as needed
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Ensure accountability for care quality and adherence to organizational standards and values
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Hold and maintain a current RN license as per state or compact licensure requirements
- Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, or LPN-IV may be required or obtained within specified timeframes based on department needs
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks like reaching and bending
