Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (Full-Time Nights)

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery providing high-quality, safe patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Include Performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Delivering patient-centered, relationship-based care tailored to diverse populations and involving patients and families in care planning.Ensuring effective teamwork and collaboration through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and participation in quality improvement activities.Supporting professional development by completing mandatory education, mentoring, and serving as a preceptor.Promoting evidence-based practice and research to enhance patient outcomes and safety.Participating in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications Include Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (or equivalents), completed upon hire.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
