Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor & Delivery (Full-Time Nights)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Labor & Delivery, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care during night shifts. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practices.Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involve patients and families in care planning.Coordinate safe and effective care through interdisciplinary communication, documentation, and collaboration.Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and promote evidence-based practice.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth and a healthy work environment.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications Associate or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred.Current RN license, with multi-state or single-state certification.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (or equivalents), obtained upon hire.Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience.Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills.
