Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

About the role

Nurses collaborate closely with OB providers and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on safety, education, and individualized care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, patient-centered maternal care using the nursing process, clinical judgment, and evidence-based practices—monitoring conditions and adjusting care to achieve optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams while promoting safety, quality, and accountability—maintaining documentation, supporting communication and delegation, and engaging in ongoing professional development and flexible patient care support.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program
• Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Day Shift 12 hour shifts 36 hours per week Four (4) weekend shifts in a 6 week period
