Job Description
Essentia Health Fargo is seeking Registered Nurse(s) for their Intermediate Care and ICU Units. This role works 36 hours per week, rotating 12-hour shifts between days and nights, with an every-third weekend and every-holiday rotation.
Education Qualifications
- Responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based on their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions.
- Contributes to the meeting of the facility's mission and goals, as well as those of Essentia Health, and complies with relevant regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications
- 1 year of IMC/ICU Experience (preferred).
- BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current nursing licensure in state(s) of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year.
Hiring Incentive
Qualified candidates may be eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $7500 (ADN) and up to $10,000 (BSN).
