About the role

The Intermediate Care Unit Department has an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Registered Nurse to work in UTower.

Responsibilities

• Prescribe, coordinate, evaluate and deliver patient care through collaborative efforts with members of the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care and practices
• Direct and guide patient and family teaching

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred; RNs hired with an Associate's (ASN) degree have 2 years to complete the BSN degree
• Valid Florida Registered Nurse License
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience
• Step down services experience preferred
