About the role

Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team setting, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote optimal outcomes.
• Deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards.
• Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.
• Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, and pursue growth opportunities.
• Mentor and support the development of other nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Contribute to shared governance and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Support organizational initiatives, participate in training, and perform other assigned responsibilities to ensure optimal patient care and staff collaboration.

Requirements

• Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and other required life support certifications.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
