Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care - Full Time

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a team setting, serving as a key communication link between patients, families, and healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to promote optimal outcomes.Deliver safe, effective care following policies and documentation standards.Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and educating patients and families.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Maintain professional competence, licenses, and certifications, and pursue growth opportunities.Mentor and support the development of other nursing staff, fostering a positive work environment.Contribute to shared governance and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact).Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and other required life support certifications.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional development and quality improvement. Additional Duties: Support organizational initiatives, participate in training, and perform other assigned responsibilities to ensure optimal patient care and staff collaboration.
