Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical – Night Shift

Role Overview Provide direct patient care in a surgical unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Responsibilities Promote patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in activities ensuring patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while engaging in professional development.Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with measurable goals, collaborating with the interprofessional team and patients.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural backgrounds.Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining constant alertness and safe practices. Qualifications & Skills Nursing Diploma/Associate's Degree; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Active RN license; no prior experience required, but two years of experience and supervisory experience are preferred.Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
