Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Surgical – Night Shift

About the role

We are seeking Registered Nurses of all experience levels, including new graduates, to join our Surgical Care Unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including education on illness management and post-care needs
• Participate in safety, quality, and regulatory activities
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans
• Absess physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs, respecting patient values and cultural background
• Maintain safety and alertness at all times

Qualifications & Skills

• RN license
• Educational requirements: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s; Bachelor’s preferred
• Experience: No experience required; 2 years preferred for BSN candidates
• Strong communication, assessment, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
