Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to optimize outcomes
- Monitor and communicate patient conditions
- Collaborate across disciplines for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Precept students and new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- Preferred minimum of 1 year RN experience
- New graduates are welcome
Key Duties
- Work a 12-hour night shift, two shifts per week, including weekends and holidays
- Support a small oncology niche
- Participate in patient transfers, discharges, and referrals
