Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Medical Surgical - Hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on assessments to optimize outcomes.
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions effectively.
• Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate care, transfers, discharges, and psychosocial needs.
• Providing patient and family education tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
• Delegating care to ancillary staff and precepting students and new hires as needed.

Qualifications And Skills

• Current Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

This Role Involves

• Working 36 hours per week on night shifts (12-hour shifts).
• Participating in weekend and holiday rotations.
