Registered Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Medical-Surgical - Per Hour

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care according to standards, policies, and organizational values.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans to optimize outcomes.
• Monitoring and documenting patient conditions, communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
• Collaborating across disciplines for patient transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial support.

• Delegating tasks to ancillary staff and mentoring students or new hires as needed.

Qualifications

• Current Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain it promptly.
