Responsibilities
- Develops and evaluates patient care plans based on assessments
- Makes and communicates observations about patient conditions
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals for coordinated care
- Trains and mentors students and new hires
- Delegates tasks to ancillary staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid Maine RN license or ability to obtain one
- At least 1 year of RN experience preferred
- New graduates are welcome
Key Duties
- Works two 12-hour night shifts weekly, including weekends and holidays
- Ensures high-quality patient care, safety, and team collaboration
