Responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on assessments
- Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient conditions
- Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams for patient transfer, discharge, and psychosocial support
- Educates patients and families tailored to their needs
- Delegates tasks to ancillary staff
- May precept students and new hires
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Maine RN licensure or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of RN experience in acute care preferred
- Prior CCU experience is a plus
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and MOAB are preferred
