Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe patient care within a multidisciplinary team, practicing in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards and organizational models. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Collaborates through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary rounds. Supports performance improvement initiatives, promotes evidence-based practice, and participates in research activities. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree, a valid RN license (single state or multi-state), and current certifications in BLS and ACLS. A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience is essential. Must possess strong interpersonal, critical thinking, time management, and technological skills. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations is crucial. Additional Duties: Serves as a mentor, supports resource management, and adheres to policies and standards to ensure optimal patient outcomes and a respectful, inclusive environment. Engages in ongoing professional development and quality improvement activities.
