About the role
Join our Inpatient Dialysis team as a Registered Nurse and provide specialized care to hospitalized patients with kidney disease. In this role, you’ll deliver renal dialysis in a fast-paced acute care setting, monitor patient response to treatment, and collaborate closely with the care team to support safe, high-quality outcomes. This position offers the chance to use your clinical skills while building meaningful connections with patients during an important part of their care journey.
Schedule
- 0.9 FTE = 72 hours every two weeks
- Work rotation of 12-hour day shifts (6:00 am to 6:30 PM) and 12-hour evening shifts (11:30 am to 12:00 am)
- Every 3rd weekend, includes a Saturday shift in house (AM or PM) and a Sunday call shift
- Occasional midnight to 2 am call following PM shift
- Occasional weeknight call is assigned between 2 am until 6:00 am (prior to a scheduled day shift)
Pay
$38.96/hour + more based on years of experience

Requirements
- Minimum of Associate Degree in Nursing
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers
