Hospice care providers are needed to assist patients and their families during end-of-life care. Duties include administering medications, providing emotional support, and coordinating care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and families
• Coordinate care plans with other healthcare professionals
• Document patient progress and communicate with family members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in healthcare or related field preferred

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills

Skills
