Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Progressive Care - Full-Time Night

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments, identifies priorities, and develops individualized care plans collaboratively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Implements and updates care plans, ensuring measurable goals are met and discharge planning is coordinated.
• Delivers direct patient care within the scope of practice, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors care quality.
• Safeguards patient safety, maintains documentation accuracy, and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
• Educates patients and families, assessing learning needs and providing clear instructions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum one year of RN experience or completion of a recognized nurse residency; LPN experience may be considered for internal candidates.
• Current RN license recognized by NCSBN Compact or applicable state.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to collaborate effectively.
