Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Progressive Care - Full-Time Night

About the role

Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care. Demonstrates clinical competency through evidence-based practices across assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Adheres to safety, regulatory, and organizational policies, including licensure, infection control, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans, and collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Delivers direct patient care, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors care quality.
• Ensures safety and compliance, utilizes performance data for quality improvement, and provides patient/family education.
• Acts as a patient advocate and maintains professional standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing (bachelor's preferred)
• One year of RN experience or equivalent residency/LPN experience
• Current RN license recognized by the NCSBN Compact
