About the role
We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for per diem hospital assignments in ICU and Telemetry in Halifax, VA.
Responsibilities
- Delivering safe, high-quality patient care in an acute-care setting
- Assessing and monitoring patients
- Administering medications and therapies
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms
- Collaborating with healthcare teams
- Maintaining accurate records
- Educating patients and families
Qualifications
- Active Virginia RN license
- At least one year of recent ICU or Telemetry experience within the past two years
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- QuantiFERON-TB Gold test within 12 months
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on the assignment
