Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU - Nights

Role Overview

The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary team. They perform the nursing process, utilizing evidence-based practices, critical thinking, and cultural awareness to tailor care to individual patient needs. Their responsibilities include coordinating care, promoting collaboration through effective communication, and supporting performance improvement initiatives. They serve as mentors, engage in professional development, and contribute to research and evidence-based practice activities. Qualifications

• Diploma in nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Current RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience (preferred)
