Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU-Nights

Critical care nursing, full-time stability, a team that's got your back. Gateway Regional Medical Center is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our ICU team on nights. You'll provide critical, hands-on care to our most acute patients, working closely with a skilled, collaborative team in a high-acuity environment where every shift makes a real difference.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate nursing care in line with established clinical best practices
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to achieve the best possible patient outcomes
• Apply critical care skills in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Illinois RN license
• Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS preferred
• Willingness to complete Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training within 1 month of hire
• Previous experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply

Pay

$32.00-$50.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based incentives.
