Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care to patients, ensuring safety and adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage assigned staff and may serve as Charge Nurse, overseeing clinical practice and patient care.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license
- BLS certification required within 14 days of hire; ACLS and PALS may be required by the department
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with 2+ years of experience in a specialty and general nursing
