About the role

Responsibilities
- Delivering professional nursing care and managing assigned staff.
- Serving as a Charge Nurse and ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Preferred: two years of specialty and general nursing experience.
