About the role
Join our team as a full-time, night shift ICU Registered Nurse in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver safe, high-quality patient care across diverse populations under the supervision of the Nurse Director/Manager.
- Assess patient and family needs, develop and update individualized care plans, and evaluate care effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks appropriately to optimize patient outcomes.
- Adhere to the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and institutional policies.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in nursing; current Kansas RN licensure.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire; ACLS for Tele, ICU, and PCU; oncology certification for post-surgery care.
- All certifications must be completed within the first year.
Preferred Skills And Experience
- At least one year of recent relevant healthcare experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
