Responsibilities
- Provide professional patient care.
- Manage staff assigned to the nurse in charge.
- Serve as a Charge Nurse when needed.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing (minimum).
- Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred: ACLS or PAL certification.
- Two or more years of experience in a specialty and general nursing.
