Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

About the role

Join our Interdisciplinary Team in an 18-bed ICU unit, where your care and treatment of critically ill patients (medical, surgical, neuro, respiratory, and cardiac) play an integral role in their patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to the Intensive Care patient population.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
• Participate in hospital and system-wide nursing committees, unit councils, evidence-based research projects, and precepting new staff.
• Engage in the Clinical Ladder program for professional development.

Requirements

• One year or more of recent ICU Nurse experience.
• RN Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• PA RN license or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Provider BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) preferred.
