About the Role
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to complex medical and surgical patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a community hospital.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation, NIPPV, arterial lines, cardiac output, capnography, and oximetry.
- Collaborate with a team of Intensivists, Clinical Leaders, RNs, and multi-skilled techs to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut RN license required prior to start.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum of one year of acute care RN experience.
