Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Responsibilities
- Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice in the ICU.
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care.
- Communicate with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition, including hemodynamic monitoring and diagnostic study results.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition and/or response to treatment.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in an acute care hospital; critical care experience preferred.
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Pay
The reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $50.00 per hour. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
