Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Level II for a full-time, night-shift role in a critical care setting. Responsibilities include: planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient care using the nursing process; managing two critically ill patients, including those on ventilators; understanding dysrhythmias and hemodynamics; assisting with bedside procedures; administering medications; and practicing autonomously with accountability and critical thinking skills.Qualifications: California RN license, CPR certification, and basic computer skills.Key duties: providing comprehensive care tailored to patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; and ensuring safe, effective patient interventions.
