We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Hospital at Home (HaH) Program at Fargo Sanford.
Position Highlights

What You Will Do
- Utilize Medical Surgical nursing skills to care for a select group of inpatient status patients in the patient’s home setting utilizing remote technology and innovative tools to accomplish your nursing care
- This is a dual role position with opportunity to work as the hospital at home nurse and the command center nurse
- Hospital At Home Nurse Responsibilities: 12 hr night shifts with some weekend and holiday requirements, Visit patients in their home setting and complete nursing assessments, education, medication administration, lab draws, admission/discharges, etc. on up to 5 patients during day time hours, 1 in home visit per patient per day (minimum)
- Command Center Nurse: 12 hr night shifts, rotating weekends and holidays, Responsible for triaging patient calls, Activate HaH nurse to the patient home, Coordinate remote visits for the interdisciplinary team, Work in our remote hub located at SMCF
What You Will Need
- ASN or BSN Degree in Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse License in North Dakota & Minnesota
- Active Driver’s License
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including, but not limited to, American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
