Registered Nurse (RN) / Hospice

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care in home and facility settings, focusing on symptom management, comfort, and quality of life for patients with serious or terminal illnesses.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop/update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on care and symptom management.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support patients and families with dignity and respect during end-of-life care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid RN licensure.
• Strong clinical skills in hospice and palliative care.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and teamwork abilities.
