Registered Nurse (RN) – Hospice

About the role

Affirmed Home Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home. This position is ideal for an RN who values meaningful patient relationships, focused care, and the opportunity to use their clinical skills in a home care setting. Location: Union, NJ 07083 and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, one-on-one care to a client in the comfort of their home.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in acute care or home care
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in hospice, palliative care, or end-of-life care
• Strong knowledge of end-of-life care, pain and symptom management, and comfort-focused care
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the past year
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years, if applicable
• MMR immunization documentation
• Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption

$55.00 per hour
