Registered Nurse (RN) - High Risk OB

Role Overview

This position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in high-risk obstetrics, providing comprehensive care for mothers and babies in a specialized OB high-risk unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care following established policies and protocols.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, recording and communicating patient conditions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care to ensure well-organized patient management.
• Follow physician and nursing orders accurately.
• Assess discharge needs and collaborate with the healthcare team for planning.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse licensure from the Indiana Board of Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Life Support (preferred).
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
