Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in General Surgery, responsible for providing patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability, and evaluating care effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain patient rights and confidentiality, and perform duties aligned with organizational mission and standards. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure in the state or compact license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience; preferred supervisor experience and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for prolonged periods, and perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and kneeling.
