Registered Nurse - General Surgery, Days

Part-time position, 24 hours per week on day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM).

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Ensure all care aligns with established standards and values.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification (required within 30 days of hire).
• Minimum of 2 years of patient care experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
