Job Description
The Registered Nurse at Singing River Health System is responsible for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process. They must be educated in nursing and licensed to practice in Mississippi. Required certifications include BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP. Experience is preferred within the past five years, with a minimum of one year in inpatient clinical settings. De-escalation training must be completed by the end of orientation.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an NLN School of Nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Mississippi
- BCLS certification upon hire
- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP certifications within the first 18 months of employment
- De-escalation training completed by 90 days
- One year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred
